Our Promise to the Trails

At Scenders, we believe that healthy trails create healthy communities. The forests, mountains, and backroads where we ride deserve more than just our tire tracks — they deserve our investment.

Trail Keepers isn't a marketing gimmick. It's a commitment. We share real profits, not token donations. When your members buy a derailleur, a set of brake pads, or a new fork, a meaningful portion of that sale goes directly to the organization doing the hard work of keeping trails rideable.

We report every dollar transparently because the trail community runs on trust — the same trust you place in the rider ahead of you to call out obstacles on a blind descent.

"We ride these trails because someone cared enough to build them. Trail Keepers is our way of making sure the next generation has trails to discover too."

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost to join Trail Keepers?

Nothing. Trail Keepers is completely free for qualifying trail organizations. There are no fees, no minimum sales requirements, and no commitments.

How is the 25% calculated?

We calculate 25% of our net profit on each order attributed to your affiliate link. Net profit is our selling price minus wholesale cost. This means you earn from real margins, not inflated retail prices.

How do members use our link?

Members simply click your custom link to visit Scenders. A tracking cookie remembers their visit for 30 days, so even if they come back later to complete a purchase, your organization gets credit.

When and how do we get paid?

Earnings are calculated monthly and paid out via direct deposit or check on the 15th of the following month, with a minimum threshold of $25. You'll receive a detailed statement with every payment.

Can individual riders sign up?

Trail Keepers is designed for organizations, not individuals. However, if you're a rider who wants to support your local trail org, ask them to sign up and then shop through their link!

What products qualify?

Every product in our catalog qualifies. We carry over 4,550 bike parts from 48 brands covering mountain, gravel, road, BMX, and more. There are no exclusions or restricted categories.

Do our members pay more?

Absolutely not. Members who shop through your link pay the exact same prices as everyone else. The 25% donation comes from our profit margin, not from increased prices.
