Delivery Area
We ship to the Continental United States only (48 contiguous states). Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US territories at this time.
Order Processing & Speed
Orders placed before the daily cut-off time ship the same day from our distribution center in Sparks, NV. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order is on its way. Delivery times are typically 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Carrier & Delivery
Orders ship via ground service. There is no minimum order requirement — order as many or as few items as you need.
Bulky & Oversized Items
Items weighing 25–50 lbs incur a $15.00 surcharge per item. Items over 50 lbs have a $50.00 surcharge per item. Some items such as complete bicycles, merchandising displays, and shop supplies may not be eligible for shipping.
Signature on Delivery
For added security, you can request a signature on delivery for $5.00. We strongly recommend this option for orders of any value to protect against porch theft.
Important: By choosing not to add signature delivery, you accept full liability for any packages reported as lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. Without a signature, the carrier's digital delivery confirmation (including time and date) serves as proof of delivery and we will be unable to process claims for missing packages.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax rates.
Refused Deliveries
Any refused or returned delivery is subject to a 15% restocking fee plus all associated freight charges. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
